Our quartz is made from 93% natural quartz (SiO2) sand or powder, and a small amount 7% of environmental resin, pigment, and other microelement, by special large pressure casting machine pressed under vacuum through special physical and chemical conditions, then passed through highest automatic standard smelting furnace>1300 degree Celsius for calcining, afterward cool the slab to make the quartz surface harder. Quartz is harder, much higher density, which is unparallel to natural stone especially for its outstanding characteristics of scratch resistance, heat resistance, anti bacterial and non penetration.

Before send to customer, we inspect the countertops piece by piece, and look through the polished side, the finished edges, the colors, the flatness, the position of sidesplash & backsplash, the position of basin cut-out & faucet holes, pin holes on back and any other details. with normative management and production progress, we minimize the mistake before shipment to gurantee our clients received our quality products. And we will only pack up the counter tops without any flaw!
