YeYang quartz countertop factory was established in 2012, which is based on our more than 20 years' stone experience and 10 years' experience export to USA with countertops. Our quartz is made from 93% natural quartz (SiO2) sand or powder, and a small amount 7% of environmental resin, pigment, and other microelement, by special large pressure casting machine pressed under vacuum through special physical and chemical conditions, then passed through highest automatic standard smelting furnace>1300 degree Celsius for calcining, afterward cool the slab to make the quartz surface harder. Quartz is harder, much higher density, which is unparallel to natural stone especially for its outstanding characteristics of scratch resistance, heat resistance, anti bacterial and non penetration. Based on our rich experience on granite countertops, our quartz countertops for residential and hospitality application are highly accepted and marketed by our US clients once its presence. A), we pay more attention on the details, like the laminated edge is not visible from our products. Packaging
Strong seaworthy wooden crated with fumigation. Inner packing: with foamed plastic materials packed inside. Thick tiles are packed directly in wooden crates, with safe support to protect the surface & edges, and prevent rain and dust.

We're a big manufacture of varied natural stone products from China. We have own big factory which has 4 gang saws for granite slabs & 4 BM for marble slabs. And own best G682 quarry (or called Sunset Yellow, Giallo Fantasia etc. ). We exploit it since the end of 1980's. Compared with other quarries, ours is the best quarry here with most lasting high quality blocks. Mostly are yellow background and more uniform shade.
Besides G682, we also can supply other varied natural stone in raw material-blocks and other finished products-like slabs, Wall & floor tiles, stairs, countertop, bath tray, kerbstone, flower pot, landscape stone etc.
